Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Altin IT Solutions ('we', 'us', or 'our') collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or engage our IT consulting and integration services. This policy applies to all visitors, clients, and prospective clients who interact with our website, contact forms, newsletter, or service engagements. By using our website or services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about how we protect your information.

What Information do we Collect?

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our contact forms, email communications, and service engagements. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and details about your IT infrastructure or project requirements. We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies to help us improve our website experience and analyze usage patterns.

Why do we Need your Personal Data?

We use your personal data to respond to your inquiries, provide IT consulting and integration services, send relevant communications about our offerings, and improve our website and service delivery. Specifically, we process your data to prepare project proposals and estimates, deliver contracted IT solutions including system integrations, cloud migrations, and web development services, send our monthly technology newsletter (only with your explicit consent), comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and protect the security of our systems and services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, provided they agree to keep your information confidential. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at office@altinkelmendi.com.

Our Web Apps: Tidewell and Mjeshtri

We also operate two web apps. Tidewell, a day planner, keeps your entries on your own device unless you choose to create an optional account. Mjeshtri connects customers with tradespeople in Kosovo and stores account, profile and booking data so that requests can be delivered to the professional you choose. Neither app uses advertising or tracking cookies. Each app has its own privacy page, linked above, which describes in detail what is stored and who can see it.
