Your User Account and Content

By engaging Altin IT Solutions for any services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business requirements, IT infrastructure, and project specifications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, API keys, or access details provided to you as part of our service delivery. You agree not to share these credentials with unauthorized third parties. Any content, data, or materials you provide to us for the purpose of service delivery remain your intellectual property. We will only use such materials in connection with the services agreed upon in your project scope.

Your Use of Our Service:

1. You agree to use our IT solutions, web services, and integrations only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the agreed project scope and specifications.

2. You acknowledge that our services, including system integrations, cloud migrations, and web development, are provided on a project basis with timelines and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

3. You are responsible for ensuring that your existing IT infrastructure meets the minimum technical requirements communicated by our team prior to service delivery. We provide guidance and recommendations, but the final responsibility for your internal systems and data backups rests with you.

Reporting Copyright and Other IP Violations

1. Ownership: All custom code, configurations, and technical solutions developed by Altin IT Solutions as part of a contracted project are delivered to you upon full payment and project completion. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques in future projects.

2. Content Ownership: Any pre-existing intellectual property, including proprietary software, templates, or third-party components used in our solutions, remains the property of the respective owners. We will clearly identify any third-party components and their licensing terms as part of our project documentation.

3. Rights in User Content: You retain all rights to your business data, content, and materials provided during the engagement. We will not use, distribute, or disclose your proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed-upon services. Upon project completion or termination, we will return or securely delete all client data as per your instructions.
